This 6-day safari and beach holiday combines Kenya’s incredible wilderness with the charm of its coastal paradise. The adventure begins in Mombasa and heads into Tsavo East National Park, home to vast landscapes, striking red elephants, and abundant wildlife. After two thrilling days of game drives, the journey transitions to the idyllic south coast for rest and rejuvenation along Diani Beach, with an optional visit to Chale Island.
Itinerary
Expand allDay 1: Arrival in Mombasa
Arrive at Moi International Airport, Mombasa, where you will be welcomed by our safari representative. Transfer to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. Depending on arrival time, enjoy an optional beach stroll. Dinner and overnight in Mombasa.
Day 2: Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tsavo East National Park. Game drive en route, spotting elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, and more. Lunch at your lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in Tsavo.
Day 3: Full Day in Tsavo East National Park
Start with a sunrise game drive. Explore highlights such as Lugard Falls and Aruba Dam, famous for wildlife viewing and birdlife. Enjoy the park’s sweeping savannahs and red-dust elephants. Dinner and overnight in Tsavo.
Day 4: Tsavo – Diani Beach
After breakfast, depart Tsavo and enjoy a scenic drive to Kenya’s south coast. Cross the Likoni ferry to reach Diani Beach. Arrive in the afternoon, check in at your beach resort, and relax. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day 5: Diani Beach & Optional Chale Island Excursion
Spend the day at leisure by the beach or take an optional excursion to Chale Island, a secluded tropical paradise perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply unwinding. Return to Diani in the evening. Dinner and overnight at your resort.
