Masai Mara National Reserve is one of Africa’s leading safari destinations with a mélange of Wildlife and bird species. It is one of the 8 wonders of the world and it’s the arena for the Olympic of wild animals; the great wildebeest migration.

Masai Mara National Reserve is perched peacefully in the Great Rift Valley about a 6-hour drive from Nairobi. It makes up a marginal 0.01% of Africa’s total land surface but boasts more than 40% of Africa’s large mammals, including the Big 5.

It houses more than 95 species of mammals, reptiles, and amphibians and slightly more than 400 bird species. The Masai Mara Wildebeest Migration is one of the most magnificent natural events in the world, and it's an absolute delight to be part of this wonder. More than 1.5 million wildebeest, different species of antelopes, and over 200,000 zebras migrate cross-country between Kenya and Tanzania, crossing the crocodile-infested Mara River. It is rated as the largest overland migration in the world.
