Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park, located in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, is world-famous for its stunning birdlife, especially the vast flocks of flamingos that often fringe its alkaline waters. Covering 188 km², the park is also a sanctuary for endangered species, including both black and white rhinos, making it a prime wildlife destination just a few hours from Nairobi.Beyond its birdlife, Lake Nakuru offers sightings of lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, and over 450 bird species.
